This position is for a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) located in Saint Helens, Oregon, working full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit on a travel contract from December 2025 to March 2026. The role requires an active Oregon PTA license and at least two years of experience. Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our travel team in a SNF UNIT setting, in Saint Helens, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active OR. SNF UNIT license
- 2+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
- This position begins on 12/17/2025 and ends on 03/11/2026
