Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements

- Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time Travelers
- Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
- Skills: Teamwork approach to patient care, Focus on patient safety
- Certs: ACLS and BLS
- PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: NIH, Neuro exp preferred, Experience/willing to learn the charge nurse role preferred
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
- Patient Ratio Experience: 6-7
- Charting System Experience: Preferred
- Shift: DAYS; 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48, then no OT billed until after 48 hours.
- 13-26 weeks accepted
- Float Requirement: yes, travelers float first
- Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts (equates to every other weekend)
- Weekend Coverage: True
- Scheduling Type: block
- NC or Compact license pending OK for submission. Required in hand at time of start.
