- Monday - Saturday clinic schedule, provider works 5 days per week
- Clinic hours 7:30 am - 5 pm, Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm
- 14 - 18 patients per day
- Patient age range: 3 years through geriatric
- 6 - 12 month assignment length
- Pain management experience required
- Hospital privileges required
- Federal holidays off
