We're seeking a dedicated physician to provide exceptional care in a facility offering full-service capabilities around the clock. This is an opportunity to work regular 24-hour shifts with an option for in-house on-call coverage.

- Schedule: Shifts are 24 hours, 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (minimum of 3 shifts per pay period)
- Patient Population: All Ages
- Location: Dyersville, IA

- Provide comprehensive medical care in a 3-bed emergency department
- Collaborate with a healthcare team, including RNs and CNAs
- Manage a variety of patient cases, averaging 4 emergency patients per day
- Oversee inpatient treatment for up to 4 patients in collaboration with other staff
- Board Certified - ABEM or Family Practice/Internal Medicine with recent emergency medicine experience
- Active Iowa license or IMLC
- Clean malpractice and background history
- Scheduled shifts of 24 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- On-call duties as necessary with in-house sleep accommodations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically TogetherCare (EPIC)
