PreOp, Charge Nurse (Columbia County)

Day shift PreOp Charge Nurse role with multi-state RN compact option and supportive integrated health system. Lead PreOp nursing team in Columbia County; full-time day shift; on-site; permanent role at Wellstar; patient prep, staff oversight, documentation, policy adherence. - RN (Associate/Diploma required; BSN preferred) - Current BLS (or BLS-I/ARC-BLS) on hire - RN license (Multi-state Compact or single-state) - Prior perioperative or pre-op charge nursing experience - Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation skills
