- Maximum attempts: 2
- If clinician fails to score 80% within two attempts, they will be DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sacramento markets for 6 months
- 50-mile radius rule applies
- Candidates may NOT have been full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year

- RN Responsibilities:
- RNs must interpret telemetry strips
- Strips must be signed at least once per shift
- Charge Nurse: Yes

- Nurse Aides: Yes
- Ratio: 1 aide per 10–15 patients
- Respiratory Therapy / Equipment:
- BiPAP
- CPAP
- Breathing treatments
- Shift Length: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Scheduling:
- Schedules are created 4 weeks at a time
- Self-scheduling is used, but final approval is by the manager
- Weekend Requirement:
- 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
- Holiday Requirement:
- For Christmas, New Year’s, and Thanksgiving, clinicians are expected to work:
- 2 day shifts and 1 evening shift, OR
- 2 evening shifts and 1 day shift
- Includes: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day
