Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Client requires at least an Associate Degree.)
  • Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the assignment start.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred. Travel or outpatient experience is also preferred.
