Seeking a Locum Electrophysiologist Ongoing coverage needed - Dec 29-Jan 2 - Jan 12-16 - Mar 2-6, Mar 16-20, Mar 23-27 - Apr 13-17, Apr 27-May 1 - May 26-29 - June 8-12, June 15-19 - Jul 6-10 - Aug 10-14, Aug 17-21 7a-5pm with 1 hour lunch Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients Patient Population: adult Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. EMR: Cerner Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, AZ license or able to obtain, DEA, ACLS, 1 year minimum experience
