Our client is seeking an Associate directorObstetrics and Gynecology, MD to join their team in Connecticut. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee outpatient operations within a well-established, hospital-based OB/GYN group committed to providing exceptional patient care and supporting physician growth.
Job Description:
Compensation : $325000 - $400000 Job ID : 41814
Job Function:
- Lead a team of certified nurse-midwives in a collaborative OB/GYN-midwifery care model.
- Practice in a newly renovated Labor & Delivery unit with a holistic, Planetree-certified approach.
- Help launch and shape a new maternity clinic.
- Deliver lower C-section rates, higher VBAC success, and reduced preterm births.
- 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient; includes laborist shifts 2 a week (12 hr shifts) , outpatient days, admin time, and OB/GYN hospitalist call.
- Teach OB/GYN residents.
Job Requirements:
- Must be BC in OBGYN.
- Need a CT license.
- 3+ years of experience with leadership required
