WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Operating Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in NYC.
Job Function:
- Day Shift
- 7am- 5:30pm.
- Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the facility EMR.
- Prep operating room for patient/procedure and assist other staff in breaking down the room.
- Assists in positioning, responding to comfort/safety of patient.
- Provides accurate care and handling of specimens.
- Initiates corrective actions whenever needed.
- Observes and enforces strict standards of asepsis.
Job Requirements:
- Years of Experience preferred: 4 +.
- Previous Travel Experience Required: Yes.
- Certifications required: BLS, New York State RN Licensure (minimum requirements).
