You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success. Identify the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities.

- Successfully execute our vision and mission by providing high quality and efficient service. Lead a branch and supervise other Branch Managers.
- Drive hiring, training, and quality to nurture a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define area and branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level.
- Use Gallagher's analytics, technology, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and quality.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
About You
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
- At least 8 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions

- Bachelor's Degree
