Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) Findlay, Ohio
Blanchard Valley Hospital, a recipient of Newsweek s 2025 World s Best Hospital recognition, is actively seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our dynamic and supportive medical team. Position Overview:
As an Otolaryngologist with our team, you will deliver expert, full-spectrum ENT services to a broad patient population. You will manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in outpatient clinics, perform surgeries across multiple state-of-the-art facilities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ENT consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans for a diverse referral base with minimal competition.
- Perform a wide array of surgical procedures, including advanced head and neck surgeries, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center.
- Utilize cutting-edge surgical technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots equipped with da Vinci Table Motion, to enhance procedure precision and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with onsite audiology services and subspecialists such as Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery to ensure integrated patient care.
- Engage in a care team model with advanced practice providers (APPs) and hospitalist support for inpatient management, sharing responsibilities effectively.
- Provide backup call coverage in rotation, with primary call managed by APPs.
- Contribute to a collaborative, flexible work environment that emphasizes physician wellness, work-life balance, and professional growth.
- Participate in shaping practice protocols, scheduling, and patient volume management based on input and preferences.
- Access resources including Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds for ongoing clinical education and decision support.
- Optionally participate in teaching medical students and advanced practice providers, fostering educational growth.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Active medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $515,000 to $800,000 annually, supplemented with wRVU bonuses and incentives.
