What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development
Monitor production metrics and proactively address performance gaps
Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and workflow

Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility with frequent exposure to dust, noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures. It requires time on the floor and collaboration with both hourly and salaried team members.
