Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 4x12 hour shifts available by request
• Up to 52 weeks available by request
• EPIC charting experience required
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract (No Christmas time off)
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5 (must be comfortable with 1:5 ratio)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Floating required to units within clinical skillset
• 48 hours of orientation provided
• Care for adult patients with neurological conditions including neurosurgical recovery, stroke management, and neuro-specific diagnoses
• Work with 5 dedicated beds for continuous 24-hour epilepsy monitoring
• Clinical skills include cardiac monitoring, emergency response, IV therapy, medication administration, respiratory support, and isolation precautions
• First-time travelers accepted
