- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 40 hours per week
- 20 - 25 patients per day with 20-minute appointments
- Clinic setting with 3 days downtown, 2 days floating to nearby clinics
- Pediatric to geriatric patient population, primarily adults
- Experience with underserved and homeless populations preferred
- 2 years family practice experience required
- Minimum productivity requirement of 2.4 patients per hour by week 4
- Complex patient care including addiction and non-compliance issues
