Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full- and part-time roles at A.G. Rhodes' Wesley Woods community providing direct care to elderly residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. Requires current Georgia CNA certification, preferred 1 year LTC experience, and interpersonal, documentation, and teamwork skills; CPR/First Aid and electronic charting experience are preferred. CNA Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia CNA Certification

• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified C.N.A.s

• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred

• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred

• Genuine passion for working with elders

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners

• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)

• Strong organization and time management skills
