Details:- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Outpatient mental health services
- Collaborate with our Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the Integrated Primary Care Team.
