Sign-on and retention bonuses plus malpractice/tail coverage for a BE/BC nocturnist role. Full-time hospital-employed Nocturnist (Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine support) in Central Montana. Schedule: 15-on/15-off nights (7pm–7am). Permanent position at a 36-bed acute care hospital with 10-bed open ICU, cath labs, ORs, ED, and tele-CC/pulm backup. - BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Comfortable with procedures (preferred)
- Experience working nights/nocturnist shifts
- Ability to work with telemedicine critical care/pulmonology support

Seeking a BE/BC Nocturnist to join our rapidly growing hospital.
- Hospital employed, full-time position
- Nocturnist Shift: 15 on 15 off schedule, 7:00 pm ? 7:00 am
- Dedicated nocturnist (counterpart) and Pulm/CC physician on staff
- Supported by Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
- Procedure experience and comfort preferred
- Experienced, day staff including two hospitalists and two nurse practitioners
- 1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuity
- Hospitalist daily census averages 15 patients/day
- State-of-the-art facility and diagnostics
- Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
- 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
- 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
- Busy 8 bed ED with highly experienced staff
