Opportunity:
Rad Tech - X-ray Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4/10 shifts Saturday through Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, Emergency Department, and Portables
• Perform all types of general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR exams
• Handle 80-100 studies per 24-hour period
• Must provide own lead markers
• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment
• Required certifications: ARRT RT (R), BLS Certification
• Must have Washington state license in hand at time of submittal
• Work with 4 general X-ray rooms and 2 fluoroscopy rooms
• Use EPIC EMR system and SECTRA PACS software
• Equipment includes GE general X-ray rooms, Shimadzu X-ray room, GE fluoroscopy room, GE portables, and OEC C-Arms
• Weekend requirement varies between every weekend and every other weekend
• Holiday requirement if scheduled day falls on holiday
• Occasional call with 45-minute response time
• Department orientation typically first three days
• Any color scrubs acceptable as long as professional; hospital scrubs provided for OR work only
• IV starting skills useful but not required

The department utilizes advanced EMR and PACS systems to provide efficient patient care across emergency, surgical, and general radiology services.
