Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible Schedule
Salary:$200,000 - $250,000 + possible bonus
Position Highlights
Schedule: 4 days per week 10-hour shifts
Patient Load: 16 visits per day
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (Post-Acute & Long-Term Care)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate comprehensive care for geriatric patients
Perform age-appropriate histories, physical exams, and assessments
Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly
Facilitate smooth transitions of care (admissions, transfers, discharges)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and make referrals as needed
Educate staff, patients, and families to support informed care decisions
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
MD or DO with an active Idaho and/or Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Post-Acute Care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team
Genuine passion for caring for the elderly population
