- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family practice Nurse Practitioner
- Immediate need

- Multi-specialty community based healthcare provider
- Providers in group include MD's, and APP's
- Must be comfortable with all ages
- Work schedule - M-F 8am-5pm
- Provides preventative and therapeutic measures for patient health care
- Report to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO)
- Some health care services include: chart documentation, referrals and ordering specific tests, review labs, x-rays, etc
- Provide phone triage on rotational basis approximately once every 3-5 months on weekends or during evening hours
- Outpatient only
- Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Must have valid California Nurse Practitioner License
- EMR-Athena
