Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, and a commitment to meeting the operational needs of the hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing.
- Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- Recent travel experience is acceptable.
