Key Details
- Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 7 10 patients per day
- EMR: Athena
- Support Staff: Medical Assistant and Nurse Practitioner support
- Orientation: 2 3 days
- Onboarding Time: 2 3 weeks
- Interview Process: Virtual or phone interview
Requirements
- Certifications: BLS, DEA, Board Certification, Dispensing License
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin State License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health

- Travel & Lodging: Mileage and lodging reimbursed if needed
- Case Types: Primary care (occupational health services to be added once fully staffed), Work related injuries ,employee health , physicals
