What You’ll Do
- Review plans, specs, and addenda to understand scope and build complete electrical estimates.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs, get material and subcontractor pricing, and build detailed cost breakdowns.
- Work with project managers and leadership on bid strategy, value-engineering options, and final proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, GCs, and clients in the local market.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably on commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction documents.
- Comfortable using estimating software (Accubid, Conest, Trimble, or similar) and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, good with deadlines, and able to communicate clearly with the team and clients.
