We’re hiring an experienced Remote Registered Nurse with a strong background in Ambulatory Care or Emergency Room to support patients through virtual care, triage, and follow-ups via phone and secure messaging.

Role Highlights✔ Remote patient assessment & clinical triage
✔ Pre & post procedure/surgery education
✔ Hospital discharge & recovery follow-ups
✔ Communicate test results & provider messages via EHR
✔ Preventative care education & patient support
✔ Collaborate with providers and remote care teams
Occasional in-person attendance may be required for onboarding or meetings.

Requirements?⚕️ 2+ years of direct patient care experience
? Ambulatory Care or Emergency Room experience – REQUIRED
? Prior telehealth / remote RN experience preferred
? Active RN license (GA or Compact) + BLS
? Strong communication, critical thinking & tech skills
