The Hospitalist Physician provides inpatient medical care in a 25-bed Level 4 Trauma facility, managing 10-20 patients per day on a rotating 24-hour schedule. The role requires board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, active Kentucky medical licensure, and life support certifications such as ACLS and BLS. The physician will collaborate with nursing and medical assistant staff while using the MediTech EMR system.
