What You’ll Do
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions as planned and delegated by the Physical Therapist
• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatments for patients with temporary or long-term disabilities
• Help relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Ensure all treatments follow the established plan of care
• Monitor and document patient response and progress in medical records
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehab process
• Complete required documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and a strong patient-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Successful completion of the NPTE for PTAs (FSBPT)
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow direction from a licensed Physical Therapist
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for patient care
• Physical stamina to assist patients with movement and therapeutic exercises
