Position Highlights:
- Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice with hospital privileges at two respected medical centers in central Nashville
- Team-based care model supported by experienced APPs
- Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic, OR, and call (1:6 shared model)
- Flexible Schedule working 3.5 days/week in clinic + designated OR day
- GYN surgical volume supported by team referrals
- Mentorship and Partnership growth paths available
- Strong infrastructure and staff engagement, with a focus on patient experience and provider wellbeing

Ideal Candidate:
- MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecolog
