Job description:

We re excited to let you know about an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to give back to America s heroes and help them receive their well-deserved Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits in Denton, TX.

• Full-Time, 5 days per week
• Monday - Friday, 8-4 or 9-5
• 3-5 Veterans per day
• $450 - $500/day
• No treating or prescribing
• Assessment experience a plus but not required
• State License must be in good standing

Examinations begin with a review of the Veteran s medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran s claim.

• Providing examinations for Veterans to help them receive their VA benefits in a timely manner
• Being flexible in the appointment scheduling process
• Submitting electronic records within 24-hours of the exam
