• Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Duration : 1-2 years.
• Preferred Schedule: 8 hour/day, 7a-7p and 7p-7a at all sites.
• Worksite Setting: Inpatients/ Outpatients, Trauma Center 2, ACS Level 1.
• Scope of Work: Most FSEDs are 2 patients per hour, FSEDs- Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic stabilization, etc),
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active Licenses FL, EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited Residency or FM/IM with 3 years of Experience (for FSEDs only).
• EMR: Meditech.
• Pay Rate Preferred: $290/ Hourly

Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position:

• Residency's Accepted: Emergency Medicine.
• 10-15 shifts per month.
• Provider must be willing to work at FSED's associated with Main facility.
• Reason for the need : Staffing shortage.
• Duration of need : Until further notice. Anticipate 1-2 years.
• Emergency privileges be an option : Yes.
• Emergency privs or temps : Yes.
• Orientation done on first day of assignment or prior: Morning of 1st Shadow shift.
• EM residency program. APP training program as well.
• Work in the Main (high acuity) section of these facilities unless they specifically request.
