Locum Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity
Seeking an onsite Diagnostic Radiologist to provide hospital-based coverage. The role requires the ability to perform infant barium enema (BE) exams and support a broad range of diagnostic imaging needs.
Practice Setting & Volume
Onsite, hospital-based position
Daily volume: approximately studies per 8-hour shift
Expected productivity: wRVUs per shift
Modalities & Case Mix
Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine
Subspecialty exposure includes Fluoroscopy
Procedures
Light interventional radiology procedures, including:
Biopsies: thyroid, lung, liver, renal (CT- and US-guided)
Drainages: paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tubes, cysts
Diagnostic lumbar punctures
Arthrograms (knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder)
Requirements
Board Certified in Radiology
Active West Virginia medical license
DEA registration
Clean malpractice history
Must be comfortable performing infant BE exams
