The Supervisor Clinical Laboratory oversees technical and operational activities in a clinical laboratory section under the direction of laboratory leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree or CLIA equivalent, clinical lab experience, and prefers certification by the Board of Registry of the American Society for Clinical Pathology. This full-time, onsite position is located in Lubbock, TX, and involves flexible shifts including weekends and holidays to support hospital laboratory operations.

Supervisor Clinical Laboratory
Under the direction of the Laboratory Director and/or Laboratory Manager the Section Supervisor plans, directs and supervises all technical and operational activities performed in his/her respective section.

- This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
- Texas: Lubbock
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
- Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.
- Work Status Available:
- Full time, Day
- Shifts Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Or Meets CLIA requirements
- Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Certification by the Board of Registry of the American Society for Clinical Pathology
- 1 or more years of work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting
- 4 or more years of experience working in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
