Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
  • Current State of Arizona license as a Physical Therapist required prior to start.
  • Proof of current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
  • 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
  • Previous home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking as required for in-home care.
  • Ability to travel locally and float between client home visits as needed.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
