Emergency Procedures: Provide trauma care, procedural sedation, airway management, and other emergency procedures. Outpatient Focus: No inpatient rounding required; focus on pediatric emergency and hospitalist care. Collaborative Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care for children in a supportive environment. Requirements: Board Certification: PEM fellowship-trained physicians preferred. Will consider board-certified pediatricians with ED experience (must have trauma, procedural sedation, airway management, and procedural experience). Certifications: PALS required for all providers. ATLS required unless PEM trained. Licensing: Active Missouri medical license required. EMR System: Experience with Epic is preferred. Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 60-90 days.
