General CVT procedures including CABG

Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Schedule: 1 to 2 Weeks per month (Monday - Monday, inclusive of weekend call)
June 26- July 20th

September 4th September 18th

November 6th 27th (potentially 3 weeks needed)

Other Details:
APP takes the first call, procedures needed: CABGE, valves, vascular would be a huge plus thoracic would be a bonus. Hospital service/rounding ambulatory clinic around hospital service.
Facility is major hub hospital in area
Number Of Patients Per Shift: 6-10
Number of beds in Hospital: 20
Minimum Board Certification: BE
EMR System: Athena
