Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Core staff includes a charge and 2 RN’s plus a OB tech. Unit secretary also available.

Documentation system: CPN and Meditech
Scheduling requirements: three 12 hour shifts per week
Floating policy: to “like units” or to task
On Call Expectations: no on call
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Patient Experience requirements:
Able to assume the care for laboring patient population
C-section, cerclages, induction of labor, versions, baby catch
Scheduling requirements: three 12 hour shifts per week
Certifications: Intermediate AWHONN, BLS, STABLE, ACLS, NRP
