Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios (1:2 days; 1:1 nights as applicable)
May be assigned Charge RN duties as needed; must demonstrate leadership and unit coordination skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float within scope of practice to St. Charles Bend and Madras campuses as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR (preferred)
Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of recent RN experience
Prior Charge RN experience required (must be highlighted at submission)
Ability to float within scope to sister facilities
Pending licenses not accepted
