Family Medicine Physician (FP)

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: $225,000
- RVU incentive - $35,000
- Supervisory bonus - up to $12,000 per month
- Employer covers 65% of collections
- Sign on Bonus - $20,000
- Relocation - $10,000
- Health Insurance Employee: 1.5%

- No on call, no nights, no weekends

Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Average 23 patients per day (typically 18-20 w/ no shows)
- Outpatient Primary Care w/ inpatient also preferred.
Requirements:
- Current and Active Physician License in the State of Texas
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (FP or IM)
- Accepts H1 & J1 Visas
- PALS
- New Grads Welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
