Psychiatrist Locums Job in New York Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Credentialing timeline: As soon as possible
Call Details
Weekend call ratio: 1:4
Weekend call may include crisis unit evaluation for children (transfer to adolescent facility if admitted)
Requirements
Board Certification
ACLS
New York license at the time of submission
Clean background due to quick credentialing
Must be available full time
Assignment Details
Setting: General adult behavioral health unit
30 beds split between 2 physicians; approx. 15 patients per provider
Total inpatient beds: 63
Inpatient team: 3 physicians (plus 2 locum openings)
Outpatient team at full staffing: 5 physicians and 1 APP
Safety/Security: 24/7 security guards; all staff attend codes
EMR: EPIC
