- Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -- 40-hour work week
- 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic
- Family practice outpatient clinic setting
- Spanish language skills required
- Experience with underserved populations preferred
- Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Manages chronic disease and complex patients with multiple comorbidities
- 4-week ramp-up period to full patient load
