Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pain management services

• Participate in patient care planning and treatment
• Conduct evaluations and assessments

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
• Completed fellowship training in Pain Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
