Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales of permit expediting services to Florida contractors.
Leverage existing relationships in the construction industry to build a pipeline of opportunities.
Cross-refer clients to related offerings across licensing, insurance, engineering, and business services.
Attend and network at industry conferences, expos, and local events.
Maintain client relationships and support long-term retention for residual commission opportunities.
Stay up to date on Florida municipal permitting requirements and construction industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and service delivery excellence.
Represent 1Contractor Solutions professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the Florida construction sector.
Proven network of contractor relationships (e.g., GCs, roofers, electricians, plumbers, realtors).
Self-motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099) with potential for employee benefits.
Strong understanding of construction permitting challenges and urgency.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work remotely while traveling locally across Florida for meetings and events.
