- Small patient panels (near 10-15 patients per day) allowing for longer, more intentional visits

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO, Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in senior care highly valued
- Strong communicator and team player, invested in preventive medicine
