Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of scrub and circulating experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of conscious sedation experience
Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 96.00 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 78.00 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 3,456.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 2,808.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours
