Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York RN license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred for Cath Lab nursing jobs)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure support
• Monitor and assess patients during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all safety protocols
• Educate patients and families on cardiac procedures and post-care instructions
