Join a mentored Pulmonary Critical Care team with protected admin time and telehealth support. Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, full-time, permanent in Windfall, IN. Clinic Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (36 patient contact hrs + 4 admin hrs). Hospital coverage rotation: 1 week hospital (day/night call), 3 weeks clinic. Telehealth and rural consults. Opportunity to teach. - MD/DO with Pulmonary Critical Care board certification or eligibility - Active IN medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience in inpatient and outpatient pulmonary/critical care - Ability to take scheduled hospital call and telehealth consults

Seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine physician for a full time practice in Indiana Clinic Schedule: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time. Schedule: Hospital coverage one week followed by three weeks in clinic. Designated MA and RN support for each physician, phone triage nurse and 2 nurses who round during day call. Call Expectations: One week of day call per month, following week day clinic and night call, following two weeks day clinic only. Telehealth visits offered in both clinic and hospital with consults to rural health centers. Opportunity to educate and train students. Support from respiratory and pathology.
