Salary: Starts at $253,000 and goes up based on years of experience
Medical Director Family Practice Physician Opportunity:
- Full-time or part-time permanent position
- The clinic is open Monday Friday, flexible schedule
Family Practice Physician-Medical Director Responsibilities:- Deliver direct ambulatory care, including patient histories, examinations, evaluations, treatments, and education
- Provide overall supervision and guidance to licensed medical staff
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical standards, procedures, and protocols
- Participate in ongoing clinical audits and evaluations to ensure quality of care
Medical Director Family Practice Physician Requirements:
- Current medical license in Wisconsin (MD or DO)
- Board certification or board eligibility in Primary Care
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Background in quality assurance, utilization review, and continuous quality improvement
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
