Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) specialize in administering anesthesia for a variety of procedures including neuro, obstetrics, and pediatric cases in inpatient and outpatient settings. They manage anesthesia machines, perform intubations and IV placements, and respond promptly to call schedules to ensure patient safety. CRNAs work with hospital privileges and require active licensure and certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
