The Infant Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants to support their early developmental milestones. This role involves engaging with families, collaborating with teaching teams, and adhering to licensing and educational standards. Qualifications include early childhood education units or a CDA certification, experience in licensed childcare, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
- Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
- an awarded CDA in Infant Toddler.
- 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
