• Support Staff: -Portland- 8 MDs, 5 APPs, 9 RNs, 11 MAs, 4 schedulers, 4 front office staff. 2 supervisors and 1 manager present daily. -Hillsboro-1 MD, 1 locum PA (until end of March), 3 MAs, 1 RN, 1 scheduler, Sonographer, 1 supervisor and 1 manager rotate and are present a few days a week,
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OR License
• BC/BE
• ACLS,BLS
• OR DEA
• 2 years of Cardiology experience
